YES THEY DID! The Walnut Grove NCA Comp Team competed for two days at the NCA High School Nationals in Dallas over the weekend. They had two performances against teams from all over the US, including the reining, back to back champions from Brandon, MS, on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, they were in 1st place but by VERY little. They came out Sunday and "hit zero" which means NO falls, bobbles, bumps or bruises. After waiting over two hours, these girls were awarded:

*NCA National Champions of the Advanced Varsity Crowd Leading Large Division

*NCA Grand Champions for having the highest score in ALL Advanced Varsity Divisions (5)

*Best Use of Tumbling Award

*Best Showmanship Award

As a first year school, program, and team, this is a HUGE accomplishment and they truly have made the Walnut Grove and Prosper community very proud. #theworkisworthit #thestandard #walnutgrovecheer
